1. How pricing works
Digimaxx does not use one price for every organisation because AI, engineering, government and enterprise engagements vary materially in scope. We provide a written quotation, proposal, statement of work, order form, subscription plan, invoice or payment page before collecting payment. It identifies the deliverable, commercial model, currency, taxes, milestones and payment schedule.

Discovery & advisory
Fixed workshop, assessment or time-based professional-services quote.
AI and product engineering
Milestone, sprint, dedicated-team or fixed-scope custom quote.
Enterprise & government technology
Statement of work, tender, purchase order or programme-based commercial proposal.
Managed services
Monthly, quarterly or annual retainer based on capacity and service levels.
Products & subscriptions
Plan, usage, licence or enterprise quote shown in the relevant order document.
Training & events
Per-session, per-cohort or per-attendee fee published for the specific programme.
3. What affects the quote
- Scope, number of users, workflows, integrations and environments.
- Discovery, architecture, design, engineering, data and AI complexity.
- Security, compliance, accessibility, testing and service-level requirements.
- Timeline, delivery location, team composition and support period.
- Cloud consumption, model usage, media spend, software licences, travel and other third-party costs.
- Applicable GST, withholding or other taxes.
4. Price disclosure before payment
You will see or receive the exact payable amount before authorising a transaction. A custom checkout or payment link corresponds to an accepted quotation, invoice or order reference. We do not use a payment authorisation to add undisclosed recurring charges. If a service renews automatically, the billing frequency, renewal amount or calculation method and cancellation process will be disclosed before purchase.
5. Currency, taxes and payment methods
Unless an Order Document states otherwise, domestic payments are quoted in Indian rupees. Applicable GST and other taxes are identified on the quotation or invoice. Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, bank transfer or other methods offered by our approved payment provider. Your bank or payment provider may apply charges or exchange rates outside Digimaxx’s control.
6. Payment schedules
Depending on the engagement, payment may be required in advance, against milestones, monthly for retained capacity, annually for a subscription, or by the invoice due date. Work may start only after the agreed advance is received. A delay in payment can pause delivery and move the timeline. Any late charge applies only if it is stated in the accepted Order Document and permitted by law.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Payments are subject to the accepted Order Document and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method. Delivery timing is described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
